Developing a website is becoming easier and easier, but developing a successful website couldn’t be more difficult. Often, people believe that building a website is somehow connected to the movie the “Field of Dreams,” like if you build it they will come. Well, I hate to burst your bubble, but you need more than a simple statement from a movie to yield success.

Today, website can be built in a day. Although, they typically look unfocused and often discourage the user from pursuing the information that you have provided. This can be detrimental to your business. Our success is due to our design philosophy. We keep it simple. Our sites are clean in design and simple to navigate.

Often we have to explain to our clients the importance of understanding the common web standards, like what is being used to push users from one web page to the next. Is it bright green or orange button? Is it a navigation bar found at the top, mid-page, left sidebar, or on the right? Is it drop-down menus? Well, are answer is simple. Create a NavBar located at the top and repeat it in text form, near the footer of the page. Only use drop-downs when your website is over 30 pages. Keeping it simple help in directing traffic. This is something all website can do better at. Directing traffic. That is why we feel it is important to consider all of the details. All users deserves nothing less.

We scope out every project in full. Nothing is left to the imagination. Together, we sign off on an agreed game plan, and then push the go button. If you approach your website job like Captain Picard from Star Trek, “Make it so!” Then you are bound to be over charged and you will most likely not get what you desire.

We are the best advocate for individuals who really want a website, but do not know how to go about it. We can consult you and help you discover cutting edge tools and services you may not have thought about or even known existed.

Never be fooled by people who say they can build you a website for low cost. Always check the fine print. If your business mean the world to you, then consider your business your heart. If you needed heart surgery, would you go with the cheap surgeon and receive the less expensive heart? I hope not.

We pride ourselves in being straight forward with our design philosophies, and we believe it is our responsibility to explain what we know so that you are equally as informed as we are relating to all things web. We look forward to helping you discover that website.
